Less than 48 hours

For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or in case of no show, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the amount applies.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the amount will be retained.

Bad weather

In case of bad weather, the customer may request a refund equal to 90% of the amount or a voucher of equal value, valid for 1 year.
